as you might have noticed, we have introduced a new e-mail distribution system called EBS Mailman (formerly known as Helpdesk). Until we have completely implemented the system, the creation of Messages will work as follows:

1: Write an E-Mail to mailman

2: Inlclude the following: Topic of the Mail, Text of the E-Mail in English, Desired recipients by Semester & School

3: After a revision, the Mail will automatically be sent.
