Moot Court

We are pleased to announce that the Legal Practice Ressort will be holding a Moot Court on July 18, 2024 at 9:00 am. This event offers students and young lawyers the unique opportunity to test and deepen their legal skills in a realistic court simulation.

During the moot court, participants are divided into teams and represent the parties in a fictitious legal case as lawyers. They will make pleadings, present evidence and present legal arguments.

The Moot Court is an excellent opportunity to put theoretical knowledge into practice, train rhetorical skills and gain valuable insights into court work.
